Wednesday, 19 November 2008 - Funeral Service for Father Mesrob Jourian
Bzommar, Lebanon
the soul of the V. Reverend father Mesrob Jourian, after which the deceased was taken to monastic crypt of Bzommar. The funeral service was attended by the emeritus Catholicos Patriarch Hovhannes Bedros XVIII Kasbarian, the Patriarchal Vicar of the Patriarchal Clergy Institute of Bzommar father Michael Mouradian, monastic fathers, sisters of the Immaculate Conception, the administrations of the Armenian Catholic schools, Greek and Maronite clergymen, the family and relatives of the deceased. After the funeral mass, His Beatitude with the Vicar of Bzommar and the family members of Father Jourian received condolences in the convent hall. at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Annunciation church in Ashrafieh, father Vartan Kazandjian will celebrate the Divine Liturgy and a memorial service will be held in memory of Father Jourian. Heaven.
